I'm so glad you're here. Here's everything you need to know about ordering from my cottage bakery.

Pre-Orders

All of these baked goods are made fresh to order. To ensure you get exactly what you want, I ask that orders be placed in advance. I need at least 2 working days for all orders, and please be mindful that Tuesdays are not a baking day and I am closed on Sundays. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation of your order, and when your order is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive that status update through email as well.

Local Delivery - Mackay to Arco

I offer delivery to select areas for a fee. Deliveries within a 10 mile radius will cost a flat fee of $5 per order, and deliveries between a 10 and 40 mile radius will cost a flat fee of $10 per order. You'll be able to choose delivery at checkout and I'll coordinate a delivery window that works for you.

Porch Pickup - Mackay

I offer porch pickup if that is the better option for you! You can schedule when you would like to pick up, and you will get a reminder email when your order is ready for pickup. It's easy and fresh from my kitchen to your hands!

Idaho Falls

For the week of May 18 - 23, 2026 only, I will be available in Idaho Falls every day. Please remember it takes at least two days for orders to process, with final pick ups being Saturday, May 23. After that week, you can schedule a porch pick up for any Tuesday. Deliveries are not available for Idaho Falls unless for a catering event.

What do I mean by Cottage Bakery?

All the items available are baked goods made from scratch in my home kitchen. This kitchen has not been inspected by an inspector from the Idaho Department of Public Health and Welfare. None of these foods need to be temperature controlled for safety (although I have recommendations for best temperatures to serve for your enjoyment), and are sold directly to you (the consumer) by me (the baker) with no third party sales.

Refund Policy

At Nellie Mae'd, every item is made from scratch with care and quality ingredients. Your satisfaction means the world to me.

If you're unhappy with the quality of your order, I'm happy to make it right. Simply bring the item back to me and I'll issue a full refund. Because I take quality seriously, I do require the item to be returned before processing any refund — this helps me understand what went wrong and do better. To initiate a return, please reach out to me directly so I can arrange a time to meet.

If you need to cancel a pre-order before it has been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund two days before your scheduled order. Any orders canceled after that will receive a 50% refund. This helps me cover the cost of any loss on ingredients used to fulfill your order. I appreciate your understanding.
